1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this portal, requesting systems consultations, or submitting profiles to our engineering intake database, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our portals and intake channels.
2. Use of Services & Consultations
Our consultation services and systems assessments are provided to corporate entities to scope enterprise AI integration and managed DevOps workloads. Any architectural plans or benchmarks shared during intake calls are proprietary to Zootechy.
3. Onboarding & Selection Requirements
Applicants utilizing our careers portal agree to provide accurate and validated resumes, phone numbers, location data, and credentials. Zootechy reserves the right to terminate candidates whose validation results do not match submitted details.
Welcome Kit Security Deposit
Upon passing all stages of the technical selection process, selected engineers must coordinate onboarding hardware requirements. A security deposit of USD 150 is required for the provisioning and shipping of the Zootechy engineering Welcome Kit (which includes pre-configured company hardware, authentication tokens, and diagnostics equipment). This deposit is processed securely and is fully refundable upon verification of onboarding compliance or the return of the provided hardware assets in operational condition.
4. Hardware Asset Protection
Engineers are responsible for protecting corporate hardware assets shipped to their locations. Any physical security keys, tokens, or laptops must be maintained in pristine, secure working conditions.
5. Liability & Limitations
Zootechy is not liable for system delays or latency issues that arise from local hardware configuration issues. We provide support for our provided security tokens and welcome kit devices via our internal hardware operations team.
