Security Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Information Security Infrastructure

Zootechy deploys state-of-the-art encryption algorithms and multi-region database replication protocols to ensure SOC2 Type II compliance. All traffic routes through encrypted tunnels, and active services run isolated within private Kubernetes namespaces.

2. Access Controls & Authentication

Access to client data repositories, production systems, and RAG indexers is strictly partitioned. We enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) utilizing hardware tokens for all developer connections.

3. Onboarding Hardware & Token Provisioning

Before accessing our internal secure networks, newly selected developers must provision certified hardware configurations.

Onboarding Hardware Security Deposit

As part of our compliance protocol, a security deposit of USD 150 is required for the provisioning and shipping of the Zootechy engineering Welcome Kit. This kit contains corporate laptops with secure pre-installed VPN agents, physical YubiKeys (hardware security tokens), and encrypted network adapter peripherals. This deposit is fully refunded upon verification of secure workspace compliance or the safe return of provided hardware assets to our logistics department.

4. Threat Management & Auditing

Our Security Operations Center (SOC) continuously monitors log outputs for anomalous behavior patterns. Database lock rates, API routing exceptions, and VPN connection vectors are checked and logged on immutable audit chains.

5. Security Peripherals Maintenance

Provided security tokens and VPN peripherals must not be tampered with. If a token is lost, the engineer must immediately contact the hardware operations helpdesk to revoke system access keys.
