Zootechy LLC ("Zootechy", "we", "us", or "our") collects personal and technical information when you browse our homepage, submit applications to our open roles, or coordinate technical consultations with our systems architects. This includes professional email addresses, phone numbers, location data, resume profiles, and LinkedIn profile URLs.
2. Use of Collected Data
We use the gathered information to assess engineering capabilities, schedule consultations, respond to candidate applications, and maintain security parameters across our system registries. We do not sell or lease candidate details to third-party marketing networks.
3. Recruiting & Selection Policy
Candidates applying for engineering opportunities with Zootechy go through a structured multi-phase review process including portfolio evaluation, live architectural planning sessions, and background verification.
Welcome Kit Deposit Policy
Following the successful completion of the selection process and receipt of an official offer, all onboarded developers are required to make a refundable security deposit of USD 150. This deposit covers the provisioning, configuration, and shipping of the Zootechy engineering Welcome Kit (containing corporate hardware, secure physical security tokens, and diagnostic peripherals). The deposit is fully refunded after the completion of the onboarding validation phase or return of company assets.
4. Data Protection & Security
We execute security standards matching SOC2 Type II compliance rules. Candidate records, databases, and communication channels are stored using encrypted memory vaults and secure network routes to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. Client Consultation Policy
Technical consultation request details are kept private under bilateral non-disclosure parameters. Corporate email details submitted to our architecture intake systems are processed exclusively to schedule intake meetings and scope engineering benchmarks.
